Interior:

Protecting your property:
This will include protecting any unmovable services or objects, and ensuring that no damage is done. We will also assist you in maneuvering your furniture to allow a safe distance from any materials.

Job Preparation:
Any holes or cracks will be filled with joint compound or caulking, being careful to match the existing texture. Any surfaces that appear dirty will be thoroughly cleaned.

Painting:
Application on walls and ceilings typically is done with rollers with extension poles and brushes . Care will be taken to apply the paint evenly and with proper coverage to give a professional finished look.

Clean up:
As with every service we provide a daily courtesy cleaning will be done, with a more extensive cleaning at the completion of the project.

Exterior:

Protecting your property
We will cover any outside furnishing or remove them from the painting area. We will also take care in avoiding your landscaping elements.

Job Preparation:

We will power wash your home or business to remove any dirt or mildew. This is done by using a bleach and water solution through a top of the line power washer. We will also scrape away any loose paint, and sand the surfaces to allow for an even surface. An oil primer will be sprayed on the body of the property so that the remaining coats of paint will properly adhere. Any trim will be hand brushed. On Course Remodeling using a high quality paint sprayer that will leave your property with a smooth finish.

Clean-up

As with every service we provide a daily courtesy cleaning will be done, with a more extensive cleaning at the completion of the project.

We encourage our customers to walk through the jobsite while in progress as well as at the completion. We will always have a supervisor on the site if not the owner to address any questions or concerns.
