We use the highest quality products and have the most qualified staff. The jobsite will receive a courtesy cleaning daily , with a more complete cleaning at the completion of the job. The property will be completely free of all roofing materials, and debris. All of our job pricing is based on 100% customer satisfaction. A little about the products we use:

Architectural, 30 Year Shingles:

• These shingles are produced with the Northeast in mind. They are designed to be esthetically pleasing on typical homes in our area.
• They come in a variety of colors that go cohesively with the Northeast region.
• 30-year limited warranty allows you to have confidence and security in this product

Lifetime Architectural, 50 year Shingles

• A 3 layer shingle that has been proven to supply your home or business with excellent durability
• These shingles are thicker and provide a different dimensional look
• Lifetime limited warranty to cover any manufacturing defects

Ice and Water Shield

Ice and Water Shield is a membrane that works primarily as a leak and ice dam barrier. It is the first component installed on your new roof system. We install this product covering at least the first 6’ of the leading edge of the roof deck. This will ensure that your new roof will withstand the New England weather

Painting

We will provide superior service and first class professional interior or exterior painting of your home or business. We are a local company who focuses our attention and efforts on your project from start to finish. Great customer service and long lasting paint jobs are our trademarks. Below are just some of the steps we will follow to ensure your complete satisfaction:

Interior:

Protecting your property:
This will include protecting any unmovable services or objects, and ensuring that no damage is done. We will also assist you in maneuvering your furniture to allow a safe distance from any materials.

Job Preparation:
Any  holes or cracks will be filled with joint compound or caulking, being careful to match the existing texture. Any surfaces that appear dirty will be thoroughly cleaned.

Painting:
Application on walls and ceilings typically is done with rollers with extension poles and brushes . Care will be taken to apply the paint evenly and with proper coverage to give a professional finished look.

Clean up:
As with every service we provide a daily courtesy cleaning will be done, with a more extensive cleaning at the completion of the project.

Exterior:

Protecting your property
We will cover any outside furnishing or remove them from the painting area. We will also take care in avoiding your landscaping elements.

Job Preparation:

We will power wash your home or business to remove any dirt or mildew. This is done by using a bleach and water solution through a top of the line power washer. We will also scrape away any loose paint, and sand the surfaces to allow for an even surface. An oil primer will be sprayed on the body of the property so that the remaining coats of paint will properly adhere. Any trim will be hand brushed. On Course Remodeling using a high quality paint sprayer that will leave your property with a smooth finish.

Clean-up

As with every service we provide a daily courtesy cleaning will be done, with a more extensive cleaning at the completion of the project.

We encourage our customers to walk through the jobsite while in progress as well as at the completion. We will always have a supervisor on the site if not the owner  to address any questions or concerns.

24-Hour Emergency Service

Service Painting & Roofing provides 24-hour emergency service to its customers.
If you have a leak coming into your home that needs to be repaired immediately, we will furnish you with the option of having it fixed right away, anytime day or night, weekdays, weekends or holidays.”
